Every order is carefully prepared to ensure protection and presentation quality.

  • High-demand periods (sales, holidays): up to 5 business days

Shipping Fee

  • Flat $3.99 shipping fee on all U.S. orders

  • No hidden handling or packaging charges


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand may occasionally extend transit times.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.

  • Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update.

  • International tracking updates may not refresh daily — this is normal.

Your jewelry is safely moving through the delivery network.


4. Customs & Duties

International orders may be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

SYLVEXIAXS is not responsible for customs-related delays.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders shortly after purchase:

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours.

  • Once processing begins, orders cannot be modified.

Please contact us as soon as possible if assistance is needed.


6. Lost or Damaged Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email clear photos within 72 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If a carrier confirms your package is lost in transit, we will resend your order free of charge.
